I have been working with technology since the 3rd term of university. Focusing on documentation, because that was a path that I wished to pursue. I worked in various environments – locally and remotely –  with international communities and local communities. At every position that I had, I could always work with documentation and exercise my love for documenting software, helping collaborators and users alike.

Outreachy Intern at Tor Project

Internship through the Outreachy program with The Tor Project - private browser. I worked in a remote, multicultural team for 3 months during this program. I worked mainly as an assistant editor to the editor in chief.

I.T. Business Analyst & Localization Engineer

Internship within a software factory developing two different projects. An ERP for Angolan Universities - Virtoo - and a dynamic cloud based system for the UniEvangelica University - SeIntegra.

– Software requirement analysis and documentation;

– Validation of software technical documents;

– Mockups and prototypes development;

– Mockups and project documentation through Bizagi;

– Business rules management;

– Software translation, messages documentation, and standardization;

– An anthropological cultural study developed aiming the Angolan society and its digital needs;

Technical Support Analyst

Technical support for a software company selling digital solutions to gas stations and automation to gas pumps.

– Customer care, installing the company software at the customer’s machine. Be it remotely or at the customer’s place;

– Elaboration of user documentation e technical internal documentation;

– Training customers to use the system’s features;

– Update of system’s modules and essential updates;

– Initial setting of Windows OS to support the system at the customer’s machine;

– Relational Data Base experience;

– Experience with e-ticket based system to control technical support attendance.

2015 - 2016

Data Base Analyst Assistant

Internship within an educational institution assisting the Data Base Analysts on reports made through SQL querries, aiding internal and external users of the ERP, translating (i18n, l10n) user documentation to the locale English US to help the growing number of foreign students.
